The Application Stage and Status boxes above will reflect the current stage of the application. Below is a description of the application’s stage/status.
EMPTY/BLANK
: No application has been submitted, or the information provided may be inaccurate.
Draft
: The application has not been submitted for review and may be incomplete
Submitted
: The application has been submitted and is in queue to be reviewed.
Application Review
: The application has been assigned, and the review process to determine eligibility has begun.
Citizen Validation
: The Identity and Citizenship/Legal Residency documentation received for the household members listed on the application is being reviewed and verified.
Consumption Request
: The Utility Vendor(s) listed on the application have been contacted to submit the household’s usage history.
Consumption Processing
: The application is in queue to be reviewed for Utility Assistance benefits.
Pledging
: A notification has been submitted to your Utility Vendor(s) notifying them of the benefit amount.
Approved
: The application eligibility has been determined, and the Utility Assistance Benefits has been assigned. Check your email or mail for your Notice of Eligibility.
Denied
: The application has been reviewed and determined not eligible for Utility Assistance. Check your email or mail for your Notice of Denial.
Pending Information
: The application is incomplete, and eligibility cannot be determined. The application will be denied.
