The Application Stage and Status boxes above will reflect the current stage of the application. Below is a description of the application’s stage/status.
  1. EMPTY/BLANK: No application has been submitted, or the information provided may be inaccurate.
  2. Draft: The application has not been submitted for review and may be incomplete
  3. Submitted: The application has been submitted and is in queue to be reviewed.
  4. Application Review: The application has been assigned, and the review process to determine eligibility has begun.
  5. Citizen Validation: The Identity and Citizenship/Legal Residency documentation received for the household members listed on the application is being reviewed and verified.
  6. Consumption Request: The Utility Vendor(s) listed on the application have been contacted to submit the household’s usage history.
  7. Consumption Processing: The application is in queue to be reviewed for Utility Assistance benefits.
  8. Pledging: A notification has been submitted to your Utility Vendor(s) notifying them of the benefit amount.
  9. Approved: The application eligibility has been determined, and the Utility Assistance Benefits has been assigned. Check your email or mail for your Notice of Eligibility.
  10. Denied: The application has been reviewed and determined not eligible for Utility Assistance. Check your email or mail for your Notice of Denial.
  11. Pending Information: The application is incomplete, and eligibility cannot be determined. The application will be denied.
